This giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored by Sandhagen TFL, 11211 E Arapahoe Rd, Centennial, CO 80112 ("Sponsor").
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years old (or the age of majority in their state) at time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor and their immediate family members and households are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
The Promotion begins on June 17, 2026 and ends on July 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT (the "Promotion Period"). All entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period. Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
(a) Online entry. During the Promotion Period, visit sandmangiveaway.com and complete and submit the entry form with your first name, email address, and mobile phone number. Online entry requires opting in to receive text messages (see Section 12). Limit one (1) online entry per person.
(b) Free alternative method of entry (no text message required). To enter without providing a phone number or consenting to texts, hand-print your full name, email address, age, and the words "Cory Sandhagen UFC 329 Giveaway" on a 3" x 5" card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Sandhagen TFL, Attn: UFC 329 Giveaway, 11211 E Arapahoe Rd, Centennial, CO 80112. Mail-in entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per person. Mail-in entrants are not required to provide a phone number or consent to text messages.
Sixteen (16) winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be held on or about July 15, 2026 by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding on all matters relating to the Promotion. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Total ARV of all prizes: $3,701. In addition, all entrants receive free access to the Footwork Essentials course and a 20%-off merchandise discount code; these are available to every entrant, are not awarded by random drawing, and have no cash value. Prizes are non-transferable. No cash redemption or substitution except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
Winners will be notified by email and/or text message within [3] business days of the drawing. A potential winner must respond and provide any required shipping information within [5] days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, declines, or fails to respond within the stated time, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Rules, or acts in a disruptive manner, and to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs its integrity.
Except where prohibited, acceptance of a prize constitutes the winner's consent to Sponsor's use of his or her name, likeness, and entry for advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation.
Information collected from entrants is used and handled in accordance with Sponsor's Privacy Policy.
Online entrants who provide a mobile number and opt in will receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Cory Sandhagen at the number provided. Consent to receive text messages is not required to enter or win (see the free alternative method of entry in Section 4(b)). Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.
By entering, entrants release Sponsor and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damage, injury, cost, or expense arising out of participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of a prize.
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arapahoe County, Colorado.
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, X, YouTube, TikTok, the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) / Zuffa, LLC, or any other platform or organization. Any questions, comments, or complaints regarding the Promotion must be directed to Sponsor, not to those platforms.
For the names of the winners (available after July 15, 2026), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Sponsor address in Section 1.
